Battle of Britain Anniversary Exhibition and Talk Series

In this year of the 40th Anniversary of Exmouth Museum & Heritage Centre and the 80th Anniversaries of Victory in Europe Day (8th May), Victory in Japan Day (15th August) and The 85th Anniversary of the Battle of Britain (15th September)  - the Museum is linking up with the Salvation Army Exmouth, the Royal British Legion (Exmouth Branch) and the Royal Air Force Association (Exmouth) with the Battle of Britain Model Project 2025 - 2040 to present an Exhibition (at the Museum) and a series of talks at the Salvation Army Hall on Tuesday April 8th, Tuesday 27th May and Sunday August 10th (Museum). We are also planning a Fish & Chip Party on the lines of a VE Day Street Party for the 8th May and to have a stand in Exmouth Town Council's VE Day Celebrations in Manor Gardens on 10th May.

All of these event are in the planning phases but the Exhibition will take place from the opening of the Museum  on the 31st March 2025 (10;00-16:00) until the Museum closure in November
