Join in the fun on Wednesday 26th February 2025. We are holding a Walking Treasure Hunt around the hostelries of Exmouth. Teams of up to 6, £2 per participant, Turn up at the Museum between 19:00 and 19:45, or register your team, with number in team and team name by emailing exmouthmuseum@gmail.com or leave a similar message on our answerphone 01395 260339

When you register you will receive and Hunt Pack with clues, questions and observations to answers on route and in the various venues. The Treasure Hunt will start in Exmouth Museum & Heritage Centre with clues to solve in the Stable Gallery. For each subsequent venue there is a puzzle to solve to find the name, there are also directions given. There are clues to solve on route and there are always 3 or more clues to solve in the venues. BRING A TORCH AND A PEN!

There are two routes, same clues and answers, just one clockwise and the other anti-clockwise and there will be a staggered start, so don't just follow other teams, they may be on a different route, or going back to find an answer!!!

In each venue there will be a Special Item to Collect and place in your Hunt Pack Bag! Answers to all of the clues and points for the Special Items are added together and the Treasure 'A CASH PRIZE' will go to the winning team.

All of the clues will lead you  and all to the same hosting venue, for the exciting scoring, totalling and TREASURE HUNT AWARD CEREMONY

Please come along and join in, the railway station is only a 15 minute walk to and from the Museum and last venue, trains run every 30 minutes and run late (check with GWR for times and running) and buses depart and terminate from close to the Museum.

Come and join us and HAVE FUN - all we ask is that you be careful crossing roads, respect other customers in the venues and respect the residents of Exmouth. We ask that you buy drinks in each venue and please wear clothing appropriate for the weather
