RAMM launches educational resources on the Transatlantic Slave Trade in Devon for teachers and educators

Exeter's Royal Albert Memorial Museum & Art Gallery (RAMM) has launched a suite of educational resources for Primary and Secondary school teachers, and other educators, following last year's RAMM exhibition 'In Plain Sight: Transatlantic slavery and Devon'. 

The resources are designed to deepen knowledge about the local impact and Devon’s involvement by exploring some of the information and real objects in the museum's collection.

The resources include a timeline of the history of the Transatlantic slave trade, a guide to language and a glossary, videos from historians, museum professionals and artists, information for Devon teachers, and a Kahoot quiz to test what you've learned.
